Bozeman Photography

I find it harder to get motivated to take photos when I'm at home. A new camera this Spring, a Sony Rx10 III, has helped to open my eyes to new subjects that surround me.

A black and white self portrait of sorts.  A fall from my mountain bike in 1992 separated my acrimo-clavicular joint and left me with a bumpy shoulder.  I'll never throw a football like Johnny Unitas, but that's ok.

Morning moon setting at Campfire Lake in the Crazy Woman Mountains, Montana.  Loving the 600mm lens on my new camera!

Our very special cat, Blacky. This shot from a sunny October day on the porch. Sadly, Blacky's health is going downhill fast with both diabetes and renal failure.

Bozeman summer sunset. Captured from the hill behind our house.  Deb says this looks like Istanbul. The clock tower at the University looks a bit like a mosque.
I am super fortunate to have views like this all day long at work.

I've been working hard on our new deck this fall. It's almost done! Love the bokeh on the edges of the caps as they fade into the distance.
